Admithric is a student-led, non-profit initiative based in Singapore. We provide free digital tools to help secondary school students prepare for the EAE and DSA processes. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our platform.

1. Who We Are

2. Our Commitment to Your Privacy

We do not require you to create an account or log in to use any feature on Admithric. You interact with the platform as a guest. We have designed our tools to minimise the personal information you need to share with us.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

Depending on which tools you use, you may voluntarily submit the following:

• Your intended course or programme of study
• The polytechnic or institution you are applying to
• Your personal writeup or portfolio content, submitted for AI-powered feedback via our Writeup Checker
• Contributions to our community library of writeups or interview questions (submitted anonymously)

We do not ask for your name, NRIC, school, contact details, or any other personally identifying information.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit Admithric, the following may be collected automatically:

• Usage analytics (e.g. pages visited, time on site, clicks) via Framer's built-in analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Technical server logs via Vercel, our hosting and serverless function provider. These logs may temporarily capture inputs such as course and polytechnic names submitted during the Interview Simulation. These logs are not permanently stored and are discarded when the Vercel dashboard session is closed.

4. How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used solely to deliver the features you have requested:

• Writeup content is sent to our AI model (powered by Groq) to generate feedback and is not stored or viewed by us.
• Course and polytechnic names are used to generate relevant simulated interview questions via our AI model.
• Anonymous library contributions are displayed to other users as shared resources.
• Analytics data from Framer is used to understand overall usage patterns and improve the platform.

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.

5. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

To deliver our AI-powered features, we use the following third-party services:

Groq

Our AI models that assess writeups, provide interview feedback, and search for portfolio opportunities run on Groq's infrastructure. Data you submit for AI processing is transmitted to Groq. Please refer to Groq's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

Serper

Our portfolio opportunity finder uses Serper to perform internet searches for relevant opportunities. Queries are transmitted to Serper's API. Please refer to Serper's Privacy Policy for their data practices.

Vercel

Our serverless AI functions are hosted on Vercel and connected to our GitHub repository. Vercel may generate server logs that temporarily include submitted inputs. Please refer to Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.

Framer

Our website is built on Framer, which provides built-in analytics. Framer may collect anonymised visitor data. Please refer to Framer's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Cookies

Admithric does not use cookies on our website. Framer's analytics may use its own tracking mechanisms — please refer to Framer's Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Community Library & Anonymous Contributions

Users may voluntarily contribute their past writeups or interview questions to our shared community library. All contributions are submitted and displayed anonymously — no identifying information is associated with them.

If you have previously contributed content and would like it removed or redacted, please contact us at admithric@gmail.com and we will action your request promptly.

8. Financial Support

We accept voluntary financial support through Buy Me a Coffee and PayNow. These transactions are processed entirely by those platforms. We do not collect, store, or process your payment details. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of Buy Me a Coffee and PayNow for details on how they handle donor information.

9. Data Retention

We do not maintain a database of user inputs. Specifically:

• Writeups submitted to the Writeup Checker are processed ephemerally by the AI and are not stored by us.
• Course and polytechnic names submitted for interview simulation may appear in Vercel server logs temporarily but are not deliberately stored and are discarded when the Vercel session is closed.
• Anonymous library contributions remain on the platform until a removal request is made.
• Aggregated analytics data is retained by Framer per their own data retention policies.

10. Children and Young Users

Admithric is designed for secondary school students in Singapore, who may be under 18 years of age. We have specifically built the platform to collect as little information as possible. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any user, including minors.

11. Your Rights Under Singapore's PDPA

Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) gives individuals rights over their personal data. While Admithric collects minimal data, you may:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request that we withdraw consent and cease collection or use of your data
• Request removal of content you have contributed to the community library

12. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to ensure data is handled securely. Our AI functions run on Vercel's serverless infrastructure with secure connections to Groq and Serper. We do not maintain our own databases of user inputs.

However, as a small volunteer-run initiative, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage users not to include sensitive personal details (such as full name, NRIC, school, or contact information) in any content submitted to the platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
